Question 1

Why did you build me a website without asking?

Accepted Answer

We look for local businesses whose websites could be doing more for them. Showing you a finished site is more honest than a sales pitch. If it's not for you, no problem.

Question 2

What's the catch?

Accepted Answer

There isn't one. We build the site at our own risk. You only pay if you want to keep it.

Question 3

Do I owe anything if I don't want it?

Accepted Answer

No. Nothing. You don't have to reply, and we won't keep chasing you.

Question 4

How do I know you're legitimate?

Accepted Answer

We'll never ask for payment, passwords, or bank details by email. You see the full site before any money changes hands. See our Did we reach out to you? page for more.

Question 5

Can I share the preview?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Show anyone you like.

Question 6

How do I get you to stop contacting me?

Accepted Answer

Use the form on our Did we reach out to you? page and we'll remove you right away.

Question 7

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

One flat price, quoted before you commit, and paid only after you decide you want it.

Question 8

Is there a contract?

Accepted Answer

No long-term contract for the website.

Question 9

Who owns the website?

Accepted Answer

Once you've paid, the site and its content are yours.

Question 10

Can I make changes before I buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us what you'd like changed and we'll update the preview.

Question 11

Will it work on phones?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It's built for phones first.

Question 12

Will the forms send leads to me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When we launch, we connect the forms to the email you choose.

Question 13

Do you put fake reviews or made-up claims on sites?

Accepted Answer

Never. Everything on your site is about your business and true.

Question 14

Can I use my existing domain?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We'll connect your new site to it. If you don't have one, we'll help you get one.

Question 15

Do I need the add-ons?

Accepted Answer

No. The website stands on its own. We'll tell you straight whether an add-on makes sense for you.

Question 16

Does the AI phone answering pretend to be a person?

Accepted Answer

You decide how it introduces itself. We recommend it's upfront that it's an automated assistant.

Fair questions, straight answers.
