Privacy policy

This policy explains what Mainstay Studio collects through this website and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use our forms, we collect what you type in:

• Free preview form: business name, current website, your name, email, phone, type of business, town or service area, notes, add-on interest, and your consent to be contacted.
• Opt-out form: email, and optionally business name, phone, and a reason.
• If you arrived from a link with campaign tags (for example, utm_source), we store those tags with your preview request.

This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To research your business, build your preview, and discuss it with you.
• To respond to your questions.
• To honor opt-out requests and keep you off our outreach list.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it except with service providers who help us run this website and store form submissions.

Deleting your information

To have your information deleted or to stop hearing from us, use the form on our Did we reach out to you? page and include a note.

Preview sites

Preview websites we build are provided for your evaluation only until purchased.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
